Effective Monday, June 23rd, the individual Mapping and Maintenance tools have
been re-engineered into one powerful Code Administration tool. In addition,
high-level budget and forecast numbers can be added to several MART reports.

In recent years, one of our industry's ongoing challenges has been how to
quickly and accurately provide sales information to corporate from multiple
stations and then combine that data for high-level analysis. MART
allows you to access sales revenue and inventory data from individual
stations within your corporate group for station-level reporting or combine
that data to provide corporate-level reporting across the entire group.
Users access the data in an easy to use web browser-based interface via
the Internet. Multiple security layers ensure that only those who have
been granted access to specific data are allowed to view that data.
MART uses a powerful reporting tool that allows analysis
of revenue or inventory information in any number of dimensions including
advertiser, agency, sales office, account executive, daypart or program,
affiliation, regional groupings, etc. Users can view any one of many
standard report formats including year-to-year comparison, trending,
average unit rate, pacing, etc. or create and save their own customized
report layouts. Whether you need an analysis of summarized, higher-level
information or want to drill down to access more detailed data, easy
navigation tools provide a full array of options. Full graphing, ranking
and exporting capabilities are built-in features of MART.
Since data is extracted daily from individual stations, users can analyze
day-to-day trending and pacing information in addition to weekly, monthly,
quarterly and yearly analysis.
MART is as easy to install as it is to use. All that's
needed to view or create reports is an Internet browser. There's no
software to download (small Java applet is downloaded for users responsible
for corporate mapping) and no complicated updates to load (updated versions
of MART are all loaded automatically).
